Chuck has nearly three decades of proven healthcare transformation consulting skills, leading transformation, implementation, and change leadership initiatives within the full continuum of revenue management functional operations (Patient Access, Health Information Management, and Patient Financial Services). Chuck also has an extensive background in shared service optimization and system-wide analytics, having served as the Vice President within Trinity Health’s Unified Revenue Organization. Prior to coming to HBI, Chuck served in leadership positions at Deloitte, Accenture, and Capgemini as well.
Brad has proven experience in spearheading healthcare revenue cycle and patient financial experience transformation projects, having partnered with 80+ provider organizations—from community hospitals to large integrated delivery networks—to conduct diagnostic assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and implement best practice solutions. Prior to HBI, Brad served as operational leader for a large national consulting firm.
Alicia specializes in healthcare data analytics and consulting, and has a history of helping organizations to diagnose issues and opportunities related to system, process, workflow, and workforce challenges. Alicia works directly with senior leadership to develop solutions that optimize performance outcomes, and possesses expertise in a wide variety of patient accounting systems and clearinghouses.
